A current roster from another source, a recent-arrest list, or a page for a Chester County in another state cannot answer who actually left the jail during a Tennessee time window.

A live jail check answers whether someone is held now. It does not preserve past releases. TDOC FOIL covers felony offenders currently or formerly in state custody or supervision. A state result marked incarcerated after a local disappearance may show transfer into TDOC, not release. A status of probation, parole, or inactive must be read with the detail fields. Federal and immigration movements require their own agency systems.
Chester County Release App Limits
No official Chester County sheriff jail-information app was verified. That is separate from two statewide tools. MyTN provides access to the Tennessee Felony Offender Information Lookup, called FOIL, under Public Safety. FOIL follows Tennessee felony custody and supervision. It does not publish a Chester County same-day release roll.
Tennessee VINE through VINELink provides specific-person custody searches and notification registration for data supplied by participating agencies. It is an alert tool, not a sheriff release feed. Verify Chester County Same-Day Releases
